In the fall of 2005, I began my journey with a course in cake decorating. Next, I began teaching cake decorating. I then started baking and decorating cakes for family and special friends. With much interest and encouragement from family and friends, I soon discovered that our community had a taste for unique and delicious custom cakes. Not long after this discovery, Ella Art moved into our current location in historic downtown Fort Mill.
I have always wanted to thrill my clients with a creative cake that is not only gorgeous, but also a delight to their taste buds. Every cake is made from scratch. No short-cuts here. Each cake begins with eggs, flour, sugar, real butter, and cream. Only the highest quality ingredients are used to create an Ella Art cake. The result is a moist, rich and memorable cake, perfect to serve at your most memorable event.
