We had the special pleasure to create an wonderfully festive cake for a sweet sixteen party. This type of cake might remind you of the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland or maybe bring back a memory from a Dr. Seuss story. Topsy Turvy cakes are a sight to behold, looking like they might tip right over without warning! But great care has gone into making this leaning masterpiece stand tall with no chance of toppling. This black and white cake was especially cute and wacky at the same time. We just couldn’t help but share.
